Aims & Scope
The Kennesaw Journal of Undergraduate Research accepts scholarly or creative work conducted by an undergraduate student or a team of undergraduate students at Kennesaw State University. The work must have at least one faculty mentor as a collaborator/sponsor. Furthermore, KJUR subscribes to the definition of undergraduate research as "an inquiry or investigation conducted by an undergraduate student that makes an original intellectual or creative contribution to the discipline" (Council on Undergraduate Research, https://www.cur.org/who/organization/mission/).
Guided by this inclusive definition, KJUR welcomes submissions of diverse work across disciplines. Here is a partial list of the works that the journal will accept:

Additionally, the aims of this journal are:
- to publish scholarly and creative research by undergraduates at Kennesaw State University
- to provide undergraduate students an opportunity to learn about and participate in the publication process
- to showcase quality undergraduate scholarship conducted at Kennesaw State University
