Abstract
This video is intended to raise awareness about the constant injustices and prejudice directed toward the black community. The producers strove to portray their personal stories in the most artistic and raw way possible. They hope the words written for your ears and the visuals created for your eyes will challenge social constructions of race and offer new perspectives on the lived experiences of black Americans.
This project won the Most Creative Award at the Fall 2017 Learning Communities Academic Extravaganza.
