Aims & Scope
The main objective of the JEDA and IMADE Symposium is to create an avenue for the presentation and publication of current applied research derived from the efforts of undergraduate and graduate students of the DOE funded Industrial Assessment Centers (IACs) across the United States.
The main topics of the journal and symposium are:
1. Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization Approaches
2. Electrification and Renewable Energy Integration
3. Lean Manufacturing and Productivity Enhancement
4. Carbon Capture, Storage, and Utilization
5. Onsite Energy Generation and Combined Heat and Power
6. Resiliency and Smart Technologies in Energy Applications
In addition to research related to manufacturing settings, the journal and symposium editors welcome scholarly articles on improvements in commercial and institutional facilities.
