Description

This year's abrupt shift to distance librarianship brought a huge range of challenges, opportunities, successes, and failures. This poster, sponsored by the Distance Learning Interest Group, covers the lessons learned at our institutions. What were the silver lining successes that will continue to pay off in "normal" operations? What failures can we learn from and address before the next emergency situation? What gaps in training, equipment, morale, or mindset were identified? Authors include librarians from a range of institutions and COVID-19 closure experiences.
