    KSU Percussion Ensemble, "Spring Concert"

    John Lawless

    KSU Percussion Ensemble, led by director John Lawless, performs the final concert of the School of Music's 2015-16 season featuring an exciting program of repertoire for various groupings of percussion instruments and players. This performance will include many selections by living composers, traditional rhythmic works, and an original composition by a current KSU student composer, Eric Louis Ramos.

    Jazz Ensemble I performs a set of Latin tunes by various jazz composers. Jazz Ensemble II plays jazz standards and new arrangements, including the infamous original composition, "The Call of the Cow Car," by director Wes Funderburk.

    Oral Moses

    Led by Professor Emeritus Dr. Oral Moses, the KSU Gospel Choir features members from across the university and community who come together to perform sacred music ranging from traditional spirituals to gospel favorites in various styles.
