An exciting highlight of each season, Collage is the signature annual production of the School of Music. All proceeds and donations support student scholarships. This unique production features over 200 student and faculty performers. The featured highlighted ensembles include jazz, orchestra, choir, band, percussion, opera, chamber groups, and much more. This year, Collage is free and you may live-stream the event from the comfort of your home.

Faculty Recital: An Evening with Friends

Join us virtually for "An Evening with Friends" featuring performances by Judith Cole, Kennesaw State University Artist in Residence in Collaborative Piano. The program features faculty professors Helen Kim, Charae Krueger, Kenn Wagner, Nancy Conley, Doug Lindsey, Marc Miller, John Lawless, John Warren and former student Chani Maisonet performing several works never before heard on our concert hall stage. From Beethoven and Saint-Saens to Ewazen and music from a recently released film, this recital is designed for lovers of traditional concert music as well as those who enjoy lighter fare, all presented by a group of close friends who are School of Music faculty.

Charae Krueger, Robert Henry, Helen Kim, Laurence Sherr, John Warren, and John Lawless
A performance by KSU School of Music faculty Charae Krueger, cello, Robert Henry, piano, and Helen Kim, violin. One of the featured works is Flame Language by KSU Composer-in-Residence Laurence Sherr. This remembrance composition is a setting of a poem by Holocaust survivor and Nobel laureate Nelly Sachs, and the performance comes just before the annual marking of International Holocaust Remembrance Day on January 27. Special guests joining Charae Krueger and Robert Henry to perform Flame Language are Heather Witt, mezzo-soprano, John Warren, clarinet, John Lawless, percussion, and David Kehler, conductor. Other works on the program are the Duo for Violin and Cello by Zoltán Kodály and the Beethoven D Major cello sonata.
