Abstract
The article focuses on the construction of the Cobb County branch library at the Parkaire Landing Shopping Center in Cobb County, Georgia. According to the author, Cobb County chose its own in-house resources in order to reduce expenses on the project. The author reports that the library features a circulation desk that is designed to utilize future library systems and a self-checkout station.
