    Abstract

    The article reports on the expansion of the Toco Hill-Avis G. Williams Library and other branches of the DeKalb County Public Library System of Georgia. The expanded library is twice as large as its former size. Its collection includes 64,000 publications, additional computers and special area for children and adolescents.
