Abstract

The article reports on the grand opening ceremony for Spout Springs library branch, the newest library of the Hall County Library System located in Georgia, on May 24, 2008. Several community members have attended the ceremony, which featured an appearance by Clifford the Big Red Dog, storytimes, craft activities, free food and drinks, a used book sale, an inflatable moonwalk, face painting and more. Other notable personalities at the event include Representative James Mills, Hall County Commission Chairman Tom Oliver, Commissioner Deborah Mack and Library Director Adrian Mixson.
