The construction of a new library was primary in the plan of the Coweta County Board of Commissioners and represents the first library built in Coweta County in 20 years. According to Barbara Osborne-Harris, Coweta County Library director, the vision has always been to create a library that facilitates, in many ways, vibrant, energetic and interactive learning.
