Abstract
The article discusses the use of triangulation in the implementation of optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex in Georgia. According to the article, greater levels of objectivity in process management can be achieved by compensating for variables through triangulation with data from multiple sources. Topics include the processes involved in modifying Boeing C-17 Globemaster military transport aircraft, an initiative to optimize a procedure known as the 1947 operation, earned value management, and critical chain project management.
