Abstract
The author reflects on the issues presented at the Conflict Resolution Quarterly (CRQ) which includes the work of organizational ombudsman, court mediators, mediation trainers, and peace accords. She focuses on the role of mediators and their impact on future court regarding self-selection bias and mediation programs. She presents the details based on the researches by Landon Hancock, Joshua Weiss, and Glen Duerr in regards with mediation for conflict management and justice administration.
