Abstract
"This has been the most complete course I have taken in business school. The material was presented in an interesting manner and focused on active learning by the students. Her grading system, through contracts, is fair and gives the student responsibility for his / her grade. It has been an enjoyable and beneficial class. By far the best I have had in any management class." This opening comment was typical of the feedback I received when I adopted a new approach to teaching organizational communication. My approach utilized the principles of management by objectives.
