Abstract
The need to provide opportunities for early intervention professionals to increase their knowledge and skill competence is clearly reflected in both the extant literature and provisions put forth in federal law. Attempts to meet this need through inservice training efforts are often less effective than desired. This article presents strategies intended to enhance the efficacy of early intervention inservice training efforts.
