Abstract
The article focuses on the art of original thinking of leaders. According to the Indian philosopher Sri Aurobindo, in order to see, one has to stop being in the middle of the picture. Distancing one's self from his thoughts can help him assess his heritage and test them for authenticity. Leaders should clarify their own thoughts in order to communicate effectively with their subordinates and colleagues.
