Abstract
The selections describe a fictional company used as a running case. The purpose of the case study is to prompt reader engagement, open discussion, and expand the student's worldview on issues of legal and ethical matters. The company described is not based on any actual organization or even a group of organizations and does not reflect the actual or even the recommended practices of a real company.
