Abstract
My name is Dorothy L. Walter and l am currently employed as a business education teacher at Creekside High School in South Fulton county. As an educator I have enjoyed a progressive six year history of successful teaching in the public school system. In addition to a very successful teaching cafeer, my previous business background includes over 15 years of managerial experience in Accounting and Finance and an MBA degree. While these experiences have provided me a wealth of opportunities to develop outstanding leadership qualities, I feel most appreciative for the opportunity to enhance my educational leadership potential by being selected to participate in a Fulton County/Kennesaw State University Cohort. It is through the collaboration of Fulton county school system and Kennesaw State University that I was able to develop the skills and confidence necessary to be an effective school leader.
