Abstract
Today young people cannot afford to buy a house that can sustain a lifestyle; one that is near their work, near a community, or near any leisure facilities. If there is housing they can afford, it is more than far removed from the city, where they have to travel over an hour to get to work, or their community, or leisure facilities. This thesis proposes prefabricated homes for young people that will allow them to build and grow a family within and develop long-lasting relationships to create a community for themselves.
