The annual African and African Diaspora Studies (AADS) Student Research and Engagement Conference showcases student research and engagement, attracts living legends. The all-day conference includes concurrent student panels; engaging workshops and discussions with artists and community activists; keynote talks by world renown scholars; a Caribbean buffet dinner and an awards ceremony before ending at 11 p.m. with a hip-hop after party.
