Abstract

In a world of plenty, many countries continue to suffer from lack of basic necessities. Development might be a controversial issue, however, the reason for Third World countries remain underdeveloped is certainly not because of absence of resources or lack of know-how. The relationship between development and population might also be direct but it is not necessarily negative all the time. If the potentials of science and technology are released, most of the constraints of economic sustainability would probably be overcome within a few years.
