Abstract
John Fry founded Ardent Studios in Memphis, Tennessee, as a teenager. Until Fry’s death in 2014 at the age of 69, over 70 gold and platinum albums and singles were recorded at Ardent Studios. But the impact that he made on the world can’t be measured by the gold records hanging on the walls of the studio. It can only be measured by the love John Fry showed to so many people, the lives that he touched, and the meticulous, passionate, and ardent care that he put into the music.
