Abstract
In 1888 America, Eugene V. Debs is torn between keeping his well-paying job as magazine editor and sticking to his socialist ideals and goals. When the Burlington railway threatens to go on strike, Eugene and his gambling addict brother Theodore are forced to embark on a journey to Iowa to see what they can do to help the striking workers.
