Abstract
An introduction to the journal is presented in which the editor discusses articles including one by James Wall and Suzanne Chan-Serafin on role of mediators in civil cases, one by Lorig Charkoudian and Ellen Kabcenell Wayne on how client satisfaction in medation is affected by gender, race and ethnic identies and one by Fred Perloff on the metatheory developed by philosophy Ken Wilber.
