Abstract
The article discusses a study which examined the contrast sensitivity function (CSF) profiles of volleyball athletes by ability levels and by sex. It also aimed to determine if athletes' (CSF) profiles resembled those of a sedentary population. The study concluded that, generally, the higher the physical ability level, the higher the CSF profile in volleyball athletes.
