An essay is presented on healthcare conflict management as an obligation of the organization's board of directors. It discusses the effect of conflict within and among stakeholders in healthcare which harms patients indirectly. It also explores the duty of the organization's board of directors in ensuring that employees and leadership of the company have adequate systems and policies to address operational demand.
