Abstract
Stream Labs is a company that sells "Control" devices to insurance companies in order to detect water leaks. During the past few months, the demand for these devices has been increasing; therefore, Stream Labs cannot fulfill these demands in time since the devices have to go through a long testing process before they can be sold. The goal of this project is to double the number of devices being tested in a given time. The group have made observations during the testing process and proposed new processes and new facility layout to help the company test more devices. After all the recommendations, the number of devices is projected to increase by almost 50%, which will be shown in an Arena Model.
