The Annual Country Study Program, more commonly known as "Year Of" on campus, has been going strong at KSU for the past 35 years. Each academic year is dedicated to the study of a particular country or region introducing thousands of students to the rich diversity of world cultures that make up the human family. The ACSP helps students break down stereotypes, build connections across cultures, and develop the intercultural competencies needed to act responsibly in today’s complex interdependent world.
Throughout the 2019-2020 academic year, Year of Cuba programs will bring people together to discuss and experience distinct features of the country’s society and culture, including popular aspects such as music and dance, as well as a conference focused on the theme of “Transformation and Continuity in Cuba.”
