Description

I have been programming a neural network capable of detecting Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in a microscopic image of a patient's blood sample. My neural network can detect individual cells, segment images so that each image contains a single cell, and then detect whether each cell is infected. I have also built a microscope that connects to a Jetson Nano that can detect whether a blood sample contains Lymphoblasts almost immediately after the sample is taken.
