Dean and Professor of Chemistry: Dr. Mark R. Anderson

Discover our high quality and innovative academic programs. The college offers undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology and Computer Science. We also offer graduate degrees in Applied Statistics, Integrative Biology, Computer Science, and Chemical Sciences. The college collaborates with the Bagwell College of Education to offer Master of Arts in Teaching degrees in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.

Discover our faculty whose scholarship programs are leading to new discoveries in biomedical sciences, network computing, forensic science, biotechnology, developmental biology, graph theory; and to innovations in how teachers teach and how students learn science and mathematics. Research in the college is supported by the National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Health, the Department of Defense, the Department of Education, and private foundations; and our faculty are productive scholars who collaborate with students to publish and present the results of their scholarly work.

Fifty years of history seems like a relatively short period of time; but, consider that 50 years ago computers filled an entire room and rotary telephones were wired into the wall. Today computers and telephones are a single device that you can hold in your hand and take with you anywhere. A lot has happened in the last 50 years. What will the next 50 years have in store? What will be the next discovery and innovations, and how will they impact your life? At KSU we are working to answer these and other important questions about the future. We invite you to discover your future at Kennesaw State University.
