Department Chair: Dr. Corinne McNamara

Welcome to the Department of Psychological Science at Kennesaw State University! Psychology is the scientific study of behavior and mental processes. It is a wide-ranging discipline that includes many sub-fields of study, including, but not limited to health, forensics, clinical/counseling, social behavior, neuroscience, human development, and sports psychology. We offer a B. S. degree in Psychology, which may be completed in-person, online, or as a hybrid format. We also offer a minor program in Psychology. During their time in our program, Psychology majors have the opportunity to conduct independent research or collaborate with a faculty member. Psychology majors at KSU develop strong research, communication, and critical thinking skills.
