The Department of Leadership and Integrative Studies serves students engaging in civic, social, ethical, scientific, and/or humanitarian inquiry through a rigorous, interdisciplinary curriculum that fosters the development of analytical tools and skills critical to students' scholarly and professional growth.
Integrative Studies is an interdisciplinary academic program of study appropriate for students motivated by specific interests and unique educational goals that are not represented in traditional majors. Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Studies allows students to work with faculty and advisers to design a program of study that meets their academic and career goals.
The Leadership Studies program, through theory and practical experience, is designed to prepare students in any major for the dynamics of leading diverse groups and teams, acknowledging the power of trust and ethical leadership practices, and developing and strengthening other leadership abilities.
