Abstract

The article discusses the role of the electronic revolution in the teaching of literature. The author seeks to investigate how electronic tools alter the substance of a professor's lecture and approach to literary text. She believes that technology and hypertext theory provide students with a history of literacy as it allows them to glimpse at the original creation and reception of a text.
