Abstract

The article presents the author's views regarding the modifications made on several medieval literatures into electronic and hypertext manuscripts. The author connotes the careful preservation of these literary works which were written during the Middle Age period. The author notes the statements of Sven Birkerts regarding the declension of the manuscripts' importance due to the popularity increase of technological innovations, particularly the computers and other gadgets. The author emphasizes the importance of hypertexts to several Middle Age literature experts in figuring the structures, styles, and genres of these literary works.
