Abstract

People in an organiation have 3 roles: 1. They operate the process. 2. They control the process. 3. They improve the process. During the early part of this century, these roles were differentiated. But for an organization to be truly innovative, it must enlist all of its members in applying the creative process. Leaders must commit to bringing the worker into true partnership with the innovation process, and to fighting thecorrect battle over the worth of science and technology.
